The circular Economy can bring the Netherlands annual savings on material costs of at least €7,3 billion. Michel Schuurman of CSR Netherlands (MVO Nederland) gave a broad overview of the most important developments on Closing the Loop in the Lowlands.

The Netherlands can also create 54.000 extra jobs, quoted Schuurman a study of TNO Behavioural and Societal Sciences. “We can also expect a decrease of environmental pressure similar to the renewable energy efforts.”
